Sandhu Bros. Farms of Tracy CA first contracted with buildings unlimited for a design/build 24,000sq ft tilt building.
AGRICULTURAL MIXED USE BUILDINGS
This project facilitates a huller, sheller, sorter & packing line plus a 1,200 sq ft office in the same building. Contracts for the project were signed March 1, 2011 the building was given a Certificate of Occupancy on September 21, 2011. Sandhu Bros. Farms have since added a 12,000 sq ft metal storage building, a 1,440 sq ft fumigation chamber & a 10,000 sq ft multi-purpose insulated panel building.
